Fortunately, there is a gentler way to treat yourself and move through life, and I can help you find it. It’s my passion to help you get in touch with your values and find the long-lasting change you’re looking for.

I have advanced training in the evidence-based practices of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing – all of which will help you align your behaviors with your values and quell toxic thought patterns.

In our work together, we’ll discuss your past and current barriers to success and help you overcome them. If your life is going to look different in the future, we have to take a nonjudgmental look at the past to evaluate patterns in need of change.

I believe in solution-focused therapy, meaning we’ll leave labels aside and focus on future possibilities. Rather than solely focusing on a diagnosis, we’ll evaluate what you want to change and dive into a concrete plan to get you there. We’ll work together to devise concrete steps you can take outside our sessions to help you create the change you’re looking for.

We’ll help you change your thinking so that your mindset becomes your biggest asset rather than your worst enemy. You will become an expert at noticing your thoughts and evaluating whether these thoughts are helpful or harmful to your end goal.

After a short time of working together, you’ll find that you have a greater ability to respond to your internal experience rather than reacting from it.

Change is possible. Therapy can be the catalyst.
