When your schedule is just too busy…
… online therapy can be a great option.
Are you a new parent and getting out of the house feels like too much?
Maybe your work schedule doesn’t allow an easy commute into the office for sessions.
Better yet, maybe you simply prefer therapy from the comfort of your home – on your couch with your pet by your side.
Online therapy (aka “telehealth”) is a great option if coming into an office isn’t feasible for you.
Here’s what you’ll need for sessions…
I offer HIPAA-compliant video and telephone therapy that can be conducted from the comfort of your home.
Suppose you have a device that can access video sessions (e.g., a laptop, tablet, or smartphone), a reliable WiFi connection, and a private space for our sessions. In that case, you are likely well-suited for telehealth.
I recommend finding a quiet private space where you feel entirely comfortable saying anything. That can be your home office, living room… or if you’re like some of my clients… your parked car!
Ready to give it a try?
Maybe you’re not familiar with online meetings or video conferencing… or you’re skeptical about whether online therapy can be as good as meeting face to face.
I get it.
We can discuss whether in-person, online, or a hybrid model is best for your therapy needs. Whatever the case, I’ll walk you through how to get the most out of our therapy together.
