Learn how to enhance clinical outcomes from your staff through Motivational Interviewing.
Motivational Interviewing is proven effective…
… for creating long-lasting behavioral change in individuals and organizations.
When your staff is trained in Motivational Interviewing, they will be able to recognize when a client is ready for change, motivate them to move forward, and remove barriers to their success.
Whatever your needs, I’ve got you covered.

“Julia is a phenomenal facilitator that breaks down the various concepts in Motivational Interviewing with interactive activities and illustrative personal examples. She also actively listens to her audience and addresses their questions in a clear and concise manner. Julia has been a delight to work with and I would highly recommend her.”
–A. Hamilton, Program Manager at Chicago Jobs Council, Inc.
“I had the pleasure of listening to Julia’s Motivational Interviewing Training session twice within a two-week period, and I learned so much each time! Julia presented to two different audiences within our organization, and her mastery of facilitation was evidenced by her ability to tailor the content perfectly for each audience. The content was spot-on, and the delivery was very engaging. If I need to give a rating, I’d hands-down give a 6 out of 5!”
–J. Fegter, Director of Employment and Education at Bridge Communities, Inc.
